Bio:
Sydney Jo (commonly known as Squid) first started CrossFit while in college at NYU and immediately fell in love with the competitive nature and fiery personalities that CFUS breeds. She joined the CFUS team in the summer of 2024, and loves being even more connected to the community that first drew her in.

Outside of the gym, Syd works as a Product Designer at a start-up. Her passions lie at the crossroads of design, technology and fitness, and is always interested in ways to blend the three.
