Community Sweat Workout

Our Community Sweat workouts are Saturdays @ 8:30-9:30am and are open to all members and drop-ins regardless of prior CrossFit experience. If you’re new to CFUS or CrossFit, this is the perfect class to try out our gym, get a feel for CrossFit, and make new friends!

These classes feature accessible, approachable movements — primarily bodyweight exercises, lighter loads (dumbbells and kettlebells), and machine-based work.

Sample Programming

25-minute AMRAP (as many reps as possible)

Partner 1: row for calories
Partner 2: 2 rounds of strict “Cindy”
