Saturday Community Sweat WOD
Our WODs on Saturdays @ 8:30-9:30am are open to members and drop-ins regardless of prior CrossFit experience. If you’re new to CFUS or CrossFit, this is the perfect class to get used to our classes and make new friends.
These classes feature plenty of bodyweight movements, lighter loads (dumbbells & kettlebells), and machines.
