Matt is a writer and actor from New Hampshire who moved to New York City in 2011 to write for MTV News. A former soccer and baseball player, he started CrossFit in 2015 at True North Training in Williamsburg and is excited to get back into the community after a few years away. You can find him tanking cold brew until he's on the precipice of panic, serving as Requisite Brusque Irish Guy on a handful of network police procedurals, or being reduced to tears on Facetime because his three-year-old nephew called him "puffy."
