Lori has been an avid athlete her whole life. She has played college softball and dappled in cycling, marathons, and triathlons, but her Crossfit journey began in 2012. Lori found a passion for the constantly varied movements of Crossfit while maintaining a high intensity of fitness.
She further developed her passion by allowing her career and lifestyle to come together. Lori works with many athletes and coaches at CrossFit Union Square, performing biomechanical assessments to fine tune any strengths and weaknesses. Lori believes that there is a way to safely perform the high intensity movements of Crossfit without injury, and instills this in all of her clients.
